One-Year Warranty

At Polemotor, we offer a one-year replacement warranty for defective items that have been in use for more than 30 days (for items within the initial 30-day period, please refer to our Return Policy). but it must be subject to the general warranty rules below:

1. Warranty claims pertain to defects in craftsmanship or materials. The warranty does not cover regular product wear and tear, products damaged due to environmental conditions, products damaged as a result of accidents or collisions, or product damage caused by other faulty components.

2. All products must be in their original condition. Warranty coverage does not extend to products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper maintenance, incorrect installation, or modifications.

3. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item.

4. We will not reimburse any label costs. If you encounter a defective item, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will make every effort to assist you in resolving the issue.

5. When submitting a warranty claim, please provide us with photos or a video showcasing the defective item and clearly depicting the problem that occurred with the product.
